The Immersive Technology Alliance:AMD Delivering Immersed Keynote, Showcase Reaching Thousands
The Virtual Reality Reporter is a proud media partner for Immersed 2016. Held October 16-18, 2016 at the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto, Immersed is the East Coast’s must-attend event for industry and professionals working with technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, stereoscopic 3D, and more. Over the course of three days, Immersed includes technical training, valuable market discussion, a networking reception, meals, and a business to business exhibition.
Ajay Fry, Host of InnerSpace on Canada’s Space Channel, as well as other tenured media personalities will be moderating panels. This year’s opening keynote is Daryl Sartain, Director and Worldwide Head of Virtual Reality & Displays for the Radeon Technology Group at Advanced Micro Devices. Samples of other brands speaking include Autodesk, SideFX, Building Conversation, Archiact, InMediaStudio, Indestry, FRIMA Studio, the Canadian Film Centre, and more.
Partnered with the Ontario Science Centre, one of Canada’s largest public education venues, Immersed 2016 also features a separate public-facing consumer exhibition that is up to 20,000 square feet in size. With over 8,000 consumers attending, this is a unique opportunity to appeal to teachers, students, teenagers, parents, and adults well above and beyond the enthusiast community. Consumer input is a valuable asset to present to investors or to enhance product effectiveness. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to get customers excited about immersive tech!
