PlayStation VR – Project Morpheus Name Change & All-Star Lineup VR Game Title Announced
Sony Play Station announced at Sony TGS ( Tokyo Game Show ) 2015, the name of it’s virtual reality headset Project Morpheus is now changed to Playstation VR. Project Morpheus prototype spec: OLED 1920×1080 display (providing 960×1080 per eye) with an RGB subpixel matrix, and will be capable of displaying content at 120fps. It features a high FOV, 6DOF head-tracking, stereoscopic 3D.
At the SCEJA Press Conference, game titles ready to be released upon PlayStation VR official launch include 三國無雙 ( perhaps, the most exciting title in my opinion, it is a game about ancient Chinese battle field. ), Final Fantasy XIV, Headmaster, Harmonix Music VR, Miku ( if you are into cosplay or anime, or Vocaloid sub-culture, this one is not to be missed! ), Summer Lesson, The Deep, Playroom VR and more…
