“In launching the Upload Collective, our goal is to provide a single place for VR and AR companies to get the resources they need to accelerate their growth and success. 2016 is the year that consumer VR will hit the mainstream and we plan to do everything in our power to support the community during the early stages of this platform shift.” Said Taylor Freeman, UploadVR’s Co-Founder and CEO

The Upload Collective will accept VR and AR companies at multiple stages of development on a rolling admission with a focus on supporting those that also serve a social good. Members of the Collective will gain access to VR/AR focused capital, hardware, software, corporate partners, talent, community events, and a large mentor network. UploadVR will maintain a strict editorial policy and provide full editorial transparency when covering a member of the Collective.

“I have always worn my heart on my sleeve. Transparency is something that is incredibly important to me. It is something we will continue to strive for with the publication. I expect it from my reporters, I expect it from my sources, and most of all I expect it from myself. We understand the importance of maintaining an unbiased voice and it will remain a focus of our editorial policy going forward.” Said Will Mason Co-Founder and Editor in Chief at UploadVR
