Transcend VR LLC announced today that it has settled its lawsuit with Bend Reality LLC and Mike Rothenberg per a confidential settlement agreement.

“We are pleased to have resolved our dispute with Mike Rothenberg and River Studios,” said Dominic Polizzotto, manager of Transcend VR and affiliate Transcend Frontier, LLC.

Transcend VR’s affiliate, Transcend Frontier, LLC, is a limited partner with Rothenberg Ventures, the frontier technology venture capital firm managed by General Partner Mike Rothenberg.

“We look forward to a continuation of Mike’s highly ranked performance as a venture fund manager and are pleased to continue as an investor with Rothenberg Ventures”, Polizzotto said.
