HYPER Virtual Reality Festival 2017 is the first Brazilian festival focused the brand new, but already huge market of content for virtual reality. The festival takes place on August 19, 2017, in EBAC – British School of Creative Arts, in Vila Madalena, Sao Paulo. 10 am – 20h.
VR experiences – The HYPER Virtual Reality Festival 2017 brings to the public, films, documentaries, animations, games and various experiences in 360 degree virtual reality.
The event promotes the VR content in different areas: Mobile VR with films, animations, documentaries, virtual reality games on devices HTC Live and Playstation VR, for example.
Hyper Talks – In addition to the content of interactive experiences, the festival also offers lectures and workshops on production and virtual reality market in a special area for exhibitions of products, brands and content production companies.
As highlight of immersive content at 360 degrees present in Hyper Festival 2017 highlights are the new partnership with Within app, one of the leading names in virtual reality ChrisMilk. The science fiction movie I, Phillip (French producer OkioStudios),directed by Pierre Zandrowicz; The documentary Step to the Line Brazilian Ricardo Laganaro, shot in the US, which is part of design VRfor Good Oculus /Facebook.The short fantasy film Sergeant James Alexander Perez and award-winning animations of Google Spotlight Stories initiative. The festival also displays contents of Floreal Films, Baobab Studios, Future Studios Lighthouse and Penrose, all these, 360 movies / Virtual Reality / Immersive.
