HEADJACK TO SHOWCASE UNIQUE CINEMA FEATURE DURING LIVE WEBINAR

Amsterdam-based startup Purple Pill today announces they are holding a LIVE webinar to showcase the powerful Cinema feature of their Headjack app creation and content management system for 360º video, which allows you to control multiple VR devices at a distance directly from your web browser.

Why would you want to control multiple VR devices? Well what about when you’re having a content launch with 30 VR headsets, or you are at a client meeting where several people need to view your content simultaneously, and maybe you’re even running a VR cinema, of which more and more are popping up around the world. In all those cases it is extremely useful if you could start playing a video on all devices, at exactly the same time. Headjack Cinema does just that, and more.

“At Purple Pill we create high-end 360º experiences, and have had several mass viewings where a feature like Cinema would have saved us a lot of hassle.” said Nick Kraakman, co-founder of Purple Pill. “When we also started receiving requests from Headjack users for the ability to control multiple VR devices directly from the CMS, it was time for us to start developing this capability.”

During the webinar, which takes place on Thursday August 10 (1pm EST / 10am PST), you will get a quick walkthrough of Headjack, followed by a live demonstration of the powerful Cinema feature. Questions can also be asked live, which will be answered for you on the spot. Interested? Then click here to reserve your seat for free.

About Headjack

Headjack is an app creation and content management platform for 360º video producers, making it possible to create white-label, multi-platform VR apps within minutes instead of months and without writing a single line of code.

The Headjack API on the other hand enables developers to easily create a fully-functioning VR interface using the popular Unity game engine, allowing complete customization of the app experience without having to build a complete backend system first. It is hosting, transcoding, app creation, content management and analytics in a single, powerful package.
