OnePlus2 Smartphone Launched Inside Virtual Reality App & 360 Video

On July 27 at 7pm sharp, Chinese smartphone and tablet maker OnePlus launched the anticipated OnePlus2 smartphone. The official launch took place inside “OnePlus2 Launch” app that is available for download from Google Play Store.

OnePlus2 launch was live-streamed earlier today, audiences viewing from a VR headset was able to explore OnePlus headquarter walk through of OnePlus facility and office cubicles, a virtual keynote presentation ( our favorite part! ) and a cozy discussion panel about OnePlus2 was held as a part of the immersive VR experience.

Enabling the company to reach out their fans around the world, and it probably cost much less than hosting a product launch in reality.
