Stayhealthy, INC. Acquires Augmently, INC to Make Advanced AR Health Apps

Company Plans on Using Augmented Reality in Series of Advanced Healthcare Apps Releasing in 2019

Stayhealthy Inc., the creative healthcare technology company dedicated to empowering people to take control of their personal health, has announced the company has acquired Augmently Inc., the augmented realism technology company located in Los Angeles, California. The acquisition became effective March 6, 2019.

Stayhealthy’s groundbreaking suite of apps designed for a more inclusive personal health experience are revolutionizing the industry with first-of-its-kind experiences using the power of augmented reality technology and 20 years of science based research. Stayhealthy, Inc., and Augmently, Inc., have been working together for 18 months and released the company’s first app in the Stayhealthy suite of apps – Color Quest™, – an Art Adventure this month. Color Quest™ takes kids into the augmented reality world of coloring and places them into a real-life environment while educating them on healthy body organs and healthy foods.
