The Virtual Reality Company, creators of the cinematic VR releases “Raising a Rukus” and “The Martian VR”, announce their latest innovation, “Follow Me Dragon”, an Augmented Reality app that is featured in the iTunes App store for use on iPhones and iPads.
Follow Me Dragon is a truly innovative AR experience populated with hilarious and adorable new characters, and was designed to be enjoyed by participants of all ages.
The dragons dance, jump, pose for pictures, play fetch and fly through real-world environments. Users can take pictures with their dragons and share their adventures with family and friends via their existing social media accounts.
VRC co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Robert Stromberg led the creation of Follow Me Dragon. “With Follow Me Dragon, VRC is taking a leap forward into Augmented Reality,” Robert explains. “Beginning with the first dragon, Drake, each character will have a unique personality that will navigate real world environments with its own flair. Collectively, the dragons will serve as the foundation for an immersive new fantasy experience.”
