This stand-alone software allows sound engineers and musicians to mix immersive virtual reality experiences directly in a VR environment, eliminating tiresome switching back and forth between the mixing and the production environments.

During the mixing process, the developer or audio engineer wears VR glasses and uses the VR controller and the attached virtual ray to position the audio sources, set their level and control solo/mute and automated modes for the sound sources.

Visualize and change your mix with only a gesture
Control the positions of virtual sound sources only by pointing at it in the virtual space around you or by touching it in the Minimap. Always have the full mix and the automations of your workstation visualized in the Minimap scenario. Use different tools on your VR controller to write automations and control the mix intuitively. The dearVR SPATIAL CONNECT gives you the power to check your mix headtracked in runtime as it will be perceived in the final medium and optimize it instantly.
DAW CONTROLLER IN VR
Important features like Transport-control, Automation Modes, Solo/Mute and Levels
Jump through the timeline as you’re used to in your DAW and set markers and loop pointers. Arm/Set automations modes (Trim, Touch, Latch and Write) for each source individually, listen to tracks and busses in solo mode or explicitly mute them by pulling the VR-trigger. All levels can be controlled either in the Meterbridge or by pointing at the source and performing an up or down gesture, just like painting your mix.
CONNECT WITH DEARVR PRO
Monitor and output Binaural and Ambisonics
Each sound source in the dearVR SPATIAL CONNECT is a representation of a dearVR PRO track in your DAW. You can control the spatial position as well as the acoustic room presets to simulate a car, a church, a stadium or a concert hall. Decide which audio format you want to output at the end and monitor it headtracked with headphones or even loudspeakers.
