Vuframe Launches Cloud-Based, Self-Service Platform for 3D, VR & AR Apps
Vuframe is announcing the launch of its online platform to create and share rich VR and AR content to any device. Official launch date is December 5, 2016.
The company’s web-based solution eliminates the tech barrier for businesses and professionals looking to create apps with 3D, AR and VR features. Additionally, Vuframe offers market-ready app templates for immediate, real-world use cases, such as Real Estate marketing, sales of industrial goods or Mobile Commerce 2.0 (“Augmented Commerce”).

Vuframe is the only platform that supports self-service app creation of stand-alone, native apps with support for AR, VR and 3D features and integration of 3rd party services at the same time. Everyone is invited to register for free on vuframe.com, and to create their own immersive experiences and apps in three steps:
- Upload: Vuframe users can login to a web-based dashboard and upload any file, document, or any type of immersive content (3d models, laser scans, web links, 360 fotos and videos).
- Enrich: Users then can add information and interactions to the uploaded content in the online editor. Any item can be previewed directly on a mobile/AR/VR device while being edited.
- Share: Users can publish what they have created in many different formats and to many different devices (link, code, QR code). Multiple items can be combined into apps and published stand-alone.
Users can install the free app on iOS devices to preview content starting December 5th. An Android app is to be released in Q1 2017.
