WITHIN’S SOCIAL VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE ‘LIFE OF US’ PREMIERES TO THE PUBLIC AT IMAX VR CENTRES
What: Within and IMAX Corporation have partnered to introduce audiences to the joy and wonder of social virtual reality with the release of Within’s cutting edge, social interactive VR experience Life Of Us at IMAX VR Experience Centres. Following its premiere at Sundance and Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year, Life of Us will make its public debut at the flagship IMAX VR Experience Centre in Los Angeles on June 30 and will be coming soon to the newly opened IMAX VR Experience Centre at AMC Kips Bay 15 in New York City. Audiences can breathe fire, swim underwater, survive the Ice Age, and soar over volcanos as they evolve through a billion years of evolution in this action-packed, multi-person VR adventure. A Within Original, Life Of Us was created by Chris Milk and Aaron Koblin, produced in partnership with Megan Ellison through her Annapurna Pictures, scored by Pharrell Williams, and Made with Unity.
