Using the augmented reality app, users will be able to discover, interact, and play with Pokémon in a whole new way! The AR app is using real location data to allow players to experience catching, trading, and battling different Pokémon.

Pokémon GO App Coupled W/ GO Plus – A Bluetooth-enabled wearable

The augmented reality app is also coupled with a bluetooth-enabled wearable device with the code name Pokémon GO Plus. The wearable device will glow, bleep and vibrate to alert player when a teammate or an enemy is near by!

In case, you haven’t heard of Pokémon, it is a widely popular Japanese anime created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1995, it later grew into a franchise that had entertainment kids around the world back in the 90’s. Here is a cartoon episode!

Kids who were fascinated and entertained by classic cartoon are now in their 20’s and 30’s, most of them are smartphone owners, this might help to revive and popularize Pokémon culture once again! I wasn’t a fan of Pokémon, but after watching the promo video, I’d download it and play!
