VR Awards Winners Answer Questions in Virtual Reality with AltspaceVR in AMA Series
The VR Awards, an annual awards ceremony dedicated to celebrating outstanding achievement in the virtual reality industry, has announced a series of AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions with winners of the 2018 VR Awards.
The VR Awards will partner with pioneers in mixed reality, AltspaceVR to deliver this exclusive weekly series.
This will be the second collaboration between AltspaceVR and the VR Awards, following a successful partnership in re-creating the VR Awards in Virtual Reality alongside the live dinner and show. This AMA series can be found exclusively on AltspaceVR, which will feature winners of various categories answering questions from the general public regarding every stage of their development process.
The series begins at 4pm PST/12am GMT on Thursday 10th January in AltspaceVR. Cloudhead Games, winner of the “VR Game of the Year” award at the VR Awards 2018 for their game, “The Gallery – Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone”, will be the first winner interviewed in the weekly AMA series, closely followed by VISYON, Magnopus and Virti each Thursday in January.
The AMA series is aimed at both the general public and aspiring VR developers to gain an exclusive behind the scenes look at the work that goes into creating award winning VR projects on both a small and large scale.
VR Awards and AltspaceVR will host this free-to-join event from a virtual room that VR users can join from across the world on every major headset, including Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Go, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality, and in 2D on their Android phone or PC.
