SIGGRAPH Asia Spotlights WebVR, Local Thai Artists, and VR Dome Theater
What The 10th edition of SIGGRAPH Asia will showcase initiatives from Google, USC Institute for Creative Technologies, Mozilla A-Frame, LIFE VR and more. Over 47 regional and international exhibitors from across Southeast and East Asia will be exhibiting and showcasing the latest developments in Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques.
SIGGRAPH Asia’s VR Showcase Program will also feature industry leaders, influencers, and developers who will discuss critical topics in the virtual and augmented reality space, including research, healthcare applications, web-enabled immersive technologies, strategies for journalism, business, VR for social good, and design principles for VR/AR. This year, the program committee has curated special interactive sections that will include live painting sessions with local and regional transmedia artists, as well as their very own VR Dailies Theater.

About SIGGRAPH Asia 2017
The 10th ACM SIGGRAPH Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Asia will take place in Bangkok, Thailand at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) from 27 – 30 November 2017. The annual event held in Asia attracts innovators in research, science, art, animation, gaming, interactivity, education and emerging technologies.
