The First International Children VR Film Fest ( ICVRFF ) to be Held in Hong Kong

This year ACGHK is collaborating with VR Educate to launch the International Children VR Film Fest at the Hong Kong Convention Centre to screen VR short films from 9 countries/territories including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, Russia, Spain, USA and Australia.

The best of award winning VR short films include USA Baobab Studio’s 2017 Daytime Emmy Award, “Invasion!”, Taiwan Studio 2 Animation Lab’s 2017 Gold Remi Award, “Barkley and Friends” and Australia’s 2017 St Kilda Film Festival opening VR film, “Before the Junk Age“.

Ms. Lanny Huang, Founder and CEO of VR Educate said, “ VR films are the best story tellers that bring children and families to immerse into another world, and imaginative places. We are so thrilled to show the best of the World’s VR short films here at the Film Fest.
