Reel FX and QuiverVision Partner w/ Lionsgate for Power Rangers Command Center Mobile VR App

To promote the upcoming theatrical release of Saban’s POWER RANGERS, in theaters March 24th, Lionsgate has worked with integrated studio Reel FX and augmented reality studio QuiverVision to create The Power Rangers Movie Command Center mobile app. The free iOS and Android app is the ultimate Power Rangers movie experience for your phone.

Immerse yourself in the world of Power Rangers with ZORDS RISING, the mobile VR experience created by Reel FX. Behold Zordon and Alpha 5, and witness the mighty Zords rising from 65 million years of hiding! The two-and-a-half minute experience is based on the 6-degrees-of-freedom demo that debuted at CES in January, in partnership with Qualcomm. (Requires Cardboard VR viewer.)

Use AR to create a one-of-a-kind Power Ranger suits in 3D, using technology patented by QuiverVision. Print coloring pages then bring them to life to watch Rangers and Zords in action. Or use your camera as the paintbrush, sampling colors from the world around you. Then put the Power Rangers and Zords in your room to share videos and photos. (Download coloring pages at www.PowerRangers.movie/app/coloringpages)

You can also record messages as Zordon using face recognition, or chat with Alpha 5 as he trains you to become a Power Ranger. And much more!
