In the context of the American presidential campaign, FRANCE24.COM offers visitors to board in a Texan roadtrip in virtual reality 360 degree videos.
From the Red River to Rio Grande, from the Indian reserves of Oklahoma to the Mexican border, the Interstate 35 crosses Texas over 800 kilometers. The main themes of the American presidential campaign are close to this highway : economics, geopolitics, immigration, firearms control, climate, etc.
France 24 special correspondents traveled this contrasted territory, dynamic and conservative at the same time. Combining texts, photos and immersive videos at 360°, this webdocumentary provides a new approach of this land that has been Republican for more than 65 years, and that now seems to hesitate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
