WankzVR Releases ‘Domo Arigato’ With VR Porn Star Marica Hase Virtual Porn Video
WankzVR has announced today’s release of its latest virtual reality porn video, entitled, “Domo Arigato,” featuring adult VR porn star Marica Hase. In this scene, Hase plays a rich Japanese businesswoman who hires an American gigolo for the purposes of sexual gratification, with the VR user playing the role of the gigolo.
According to WankzVR’s Jack T., Hase has the unique distinction of being the first native Japanese VR porn star to work in the American porn industry.
“There is a marked difference between American porn productions and Japanese porn productions: Japanese porn stars are expected to act more ‘fragile’ and submissive compared to their Western counterparts,” Jack T. explains. “While transitioning from Japan to America, Hase had to make the necessary adjustments to shooting Western erotica.”
WankzVR co-director Nick says “Domo Arigato” provided an opportunity for Hase to reveal her confident and assertive side.
“Marica is such a sweetheart. She’s very, very down-to-earth, super nice and very ambitious,” Nick says. “Marica made her name in Japan by playing these sort of meek and docile roles, so when it came down to her playing the role of a strong businesswoman, she was absolutely thrilled.”
“I admit the language barrier was tough at first, but as soon as the cameras were rolling, she instantly transformed and just came alive and took control,” Nick adds. “It was very cool to work with a performer who was really excited to show another side to her. It was an awesome shoot [where] nothing got lost in translation.”
Hase also shared her thoughts on her experiences shooting her second VR porn scene.
“VR sex needs the girls to lead guys,” Hase explains. “I am more used to interacting completely with my co-star, but it is a fun challenge to play more directly to the camera/customer.”
“I like to show my strength,” Hase adds. “Also, to lead by speaking English is fun and helps me learn the language and situations more.”
