Walter Schindler Selected as Advisor to the XR Advertising Technology Company TRIVVER

Newport Beach-based Trivver, a cutting edge Extended Advertising (XR) technology company, has added Dr. Walter Schindler — lawyer, investor, and thought leader — as an advisor.

Trivver’s patented XR advertising technology provides brands with a simple way to effectively deliver targeted advertising within this fast growing space. Their Branded Smart Object technology facilitates the organic integration of branded products into any augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality and 3D content in a way that is non-invasive to the user experience.

Since Trivver’s cookieless Smart Object data is not bound by data silos or platforms, Trivver can collect User Engagement metrics across any XR environment, and feed its predictive analytics engine with this data to ensure consumers engage with relevant content.

“Trivver is like AdSense for XR,” says Trivver CEO and founder Joel LaMontagne.

This month, Schindler joins the already accomplished Trivver team as an Advisor. Walter’s varied career has included advising such clients as Allergan, Fluor and Pacific Mutual Life on some of the most successful IPOs and mergers at the time. He has been lead strategic advisor in over 60 successful mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. He has been a member of the Board of Directors Fulbright Canada since 2014, and is also a long-standing member of the Chief Executive Roundtable of the University of California at Irvine.

Schindler received his Ph.D. in English Literature with honors from Yale University and a J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School. His newest firm Transformation, LLC offers strategic advisory, legal, financial, and project management services to both investors and companies in energy and technology.
