YJM Games to be a Partner in The VR Fund

YJM Games (KOSDAQ:193250) is participating in LP as a LP in the global VR / AR fund The VR Fund through US corporation. YJM GAMES USA will participate in The VR Fund partnership to build a network for expanding their global VR business as well as keep up with the latest trends centered around Silicon Valley, a report of VR high technology. In addition, the company plans to quickly make strategic investments in VR, AR and MR specialized overseas companies, which are attracting attention in the local market, and to take a leading role in the Asian market.

The VR Fund is a major member of the Virtual Reality Venture Capital Alliance (VRVCA), a global large investment consortium of about $15 billion USD, with members such as Softbank. The fund is valued to have extensive research capabilities and networks around the globe and is making a leading investments in three of the top 10 VR / AR prospects – TheWaveVR, Owlchemy Labs and Sliver TV.

In particular, Tipatat Chennavasin, a VR specialist who is a co-founder and general partner at The VR Fund, is a mentor of ‘Seoul VR Startup’ jointly operated by WYJ Games with Gumi Japan.
