Shuhei Yoshida said “Well, we always say to developers, ‘Don’t try to port your game—you need to approach it from the ground up for VR.’ That said, I’d personally like to see a game like P.T. working with Morpheus…something really, really scary!”

We must say Shuhiei Yoshida’s interest is same as ours, since we are big fans of the notorious Silent Hill series. Every time when we play, we’d scream like there is no tomorrow! However, according to Junkie Monkeys, the original developer of P.T. Silent Hill, Hideo Kojima just left Konami and joined Naughty Dog. Hence, we will wait for further updates from Sony and Konami.

Sony Project Morpheus recently announced its headset will be released in the first half of 2016. Hopefully, a compatible version of the high anticipated P.T. Silent Hill will ready just in time for Sony’s headset debut. Just imagine how scary and horrifying it would be to play Silent Hill in a fully immersive virtual environment with hi-fi surround audio!
